We have recently appointed Pasquale Amico as Head Chef of Sartoria. Pasquale has most recently been working with Giorgio Locatelli as head chef at Cecconi’s and Refettorio.

Pasquale has devised an exciting new menu retaining classic Sartoria dishes such as crab salad and veal Milanese alongside innovative new Italian dishes. Examples include:

Bresaola con funghi e carciofi

Bresaola with marinated mushrooms, artichokes and rocket

Ravioli con scamorza affumicata, pomodori e basilico

Ravioli filled with smoked scamorza, sundried tomato & basil

Agnello alla griglia con caponata di melanzane e salsa al mirto

Char-grilled lamb fillet with aubergine caponata & mirto sauce

On this exclusive evening we are offering a 5 course dinner, all specialities from Piedmont, showcased with a varied array of Piedmentese wines. The event will be held in the private dining rooms therefore the numbers for the evening are limited
£55 per person.
